SLOW/fast

Technology sure has changed training.  Last week I ran 3 miles and was supposed to keep heart rate under 125 BPM It took me 42 minutes!  Then I had to run 10 miles as fast as I could: 1hour 46 minutes. I am not bored yet.  This week is harder.  I told coach Jeff I didn't like to run fast.   "You have to get used to running fast, its the only way you get faster."  Oh, yeah, I suppose he has a point...
